All manufacturing processes are certified to comply with ISO 9001:2008 standards.
Process control techniques, precision, metrology equipment, and skilled quality technicians assure product integrity.
Training programs in defect prevention, including Statistical Process Control (SPC), are provided to all employees.

Our quality management system has been certified as conforming to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 by SGS International Certification Services. This certification is to help our customers meet their increasing global needs and provide a basis for our continuous improvement program. Our management is committed to maintaining the quality policies described in our Quality Manual and Work Instructions. Training in ISO 9001:2008 standards is mandatory for all employees.

Our quality control department provides technical personnel and equipment to perform the following functions:
- Receiving inspection
- First article inspection
- Process capability studies
- Gauge R&R evaluations
- Set-up approval
- In-process control plans
- SPC plans
- Outside process verification
- Final inspection
The quality control department maintains inspection records, provides requested documentation for customers, and contributes inspection support for problem cause and resolution actions.
Our inspection and testing equipment supports all manufacturing activities and includes:
- Manual coordinate measuring machine (x=28", y=40", z=20")
- 30" Optical Comparator
- DCC Video Coordinate Measuring Machine
- Wilson B532T Rockwell Hardness Tester
- Special fixtures and gauges to accommodate customer requirements
- Standard Inspection Instruments
- Brown & Sharpe TESA-HITE
The calibration system for all inspection and testing equipment is maintained by the quality department and is controlled with a computer database.
Statistical techniques are documented in the SPC Policy and Procedure Manual and Work Instructions. We use personal computers and SPC software to perform required control chart functions.
All employees are required to complete at least one approved formal SPC training program. SPC activities are directed and monitored by the quality control department.
